How do I get a message to an Inmate?
You may communicate with an inmate via the U.S. Mail. We receive mail Monday through Saturday from the Post Office. All incoming mail is opened and checked for contraband, and must have inmate housing unit and MSA number written on envelope, and include return address. NO packages will be accepted.
All legal mail must be sent in by either an attorney or by a court. Both legal mail and privileged mail is opened in the presence of the inmate. Polaroid’s and nudity are prohibited.
Inmates have access to telephones to call family and friends. Inmates can make only collect calls.
